I didn't know where to put this. xD;So according to Bulbapedia, which is where I get all my news, the names for Natsuya and Minami have been released. *drumroll* Ben and Summer. In addition, the official website has been updated. Discuss the long-anticipated release of this game. ^^

Ben? That's his name? I would have prefered Warren.
Oh well. It makes sense to have an ordinary name appear on occassion. The fact remains that it is neither a very interesting or attractive name, though. Unless, of course, he has Benjamin as his proper name.
Let this game spearhead the renewed efforts of Pokemon Ranger fans to introduce the games into mainstream Pokemon. These wonderful games been neglected by most "Pokemon Fans" for far too long. There are many who have not even heard of Pokemon Ranger. Action must be taken against this inexcusable failing.
Oh, a note: I enjoyed reading "Haunted Holidays". However, I would suggest that you be careful when using the Japanese names.

I saw the commercial. xD My face was like glued to the screen. But why isn't Ranger being released Friday? It makes more sense really. Friday, you buy the game. Saturday and Sunday you have time to play the game. As for Monday, you get home from school, and have to go out and get the game. Tuesday through Friday your at school almost all day and not a lot of time to play.

Along the same line, I don't think I'll be able to get the game until next Friday. :B I'm supposed to be in school studying, so I have no excuse to get my butt out to GameStop or anywhere similar. -_-

I just hope it is not over 50$ or I will have like no money left :<

... -stares at all the dust- Wow. What happened to everybody?
Anyway, I caught the final Pokemon that I was missing from my Browser: Phione. As of now I have officially completed the entire game, not including past missions. Now I can review the game:
Definitely nothing like SoA or the first Ranger game. First off, the aesthetics were completely different. Water flows like water should. Flying through the thunderclouds at Mt. Layuda was really heartstopping. It really helps when headphones are used, amplifies the sound of thunder. Also the flying mechanics. Turning is still an issue coz I still require a large space when making a U-Turn on Latias after Charge Summon. It's kinda cool to capture Pokemon in the midair. Captures in the sky is nothing like capturing on land. Good thing is, when the Pokemon flies around, you don't have to lift the stylus because the line cannot be broken by the Pokemon moving away. It can still be damaged by attacks though. Bad point: only Latias can be used for PokeAssist.
Second, gameplay. Previously in Fiore, I had to run EVERYWHERE. In SoA, there were Dodrio to use to run to the destination. But of course, there must be a Dodrio as a Friend. In GS, just summon Raikou, Entei or Suicune and ride away. The Ranger Point system is quite refreshing as it allows the player to choose what they want to level up first. I chose to level up Charge and Styler Energy first because I'm usually quite careless and tend to be on the receiving end of attacks. Quests make a comeback and Ranger Points are assigned according to the difficulty of the Quest. The Browser, somehow) is much easier to complete than compared to the previous versions. I think that's because there's no Capture Arena and the such to contend to.
Story-wise, not that different from the previous versions. The mastermind is introduced fairly early in the game, looking harmless and innocent. The real trouble starts when the Pinchers' leaders start going all-out and collecting the necessary info to awaken the three keys, this time it's Moltres, Articuno and Zapdos. Your partner gets kidnapped and you have to trade something for his/her return. Unlike Keith, your partner is actually useful by planting a homing device in the holding area. You get your partner back, go around foiling the Pinchers' plans (which never work because the three keys awaken anyway). The shocking part is, the bad guys actually succeed for a while while in Ranger, Gordor just controls them and yet to unleash their power over Fiore and in SoA, Blake Hall never managed to use the controlled Pokemon. In the final battle, you fight the boss, twice. Then the main game is over. Although there are quite an annoying amount of text to go through to the credits...

What mainly impressed me were the aesthetics (somewhat obvious part) and the depiction of Rangers. The gameplay and the storyline... well.
