Jessie and James should just go away as well.
They are part of Team Rocket and Team Rocket belongs to Kanto and Johto.
Team Magma and Aqua belong to Hoehn.
Team Galactic belongs to Sinnoh.
That is how it goes in our adventures. So why not the now lame anime?
